While we participate with Delta Dental Premier,Delta Dental Advantage, MetLife, Aetna, andCigna, we would be happy to assist you in submitting your claim for proper reimbursement. |
Do you accept Medicaid? |
No, we do not accept Medicaid at this time. |
What do we need to become a patient? |
If you have x-rays taken within 3 years, please request a copy be forwarded to us. |
If I have dental insurance, do I have to pay anything? |
Depending upon your dental plan, there is usually a co-payment. To be sure of your benefits, please contact the Human Resource department of your company. |
Do you accept children in your practice? |
We would be happy to see children 3 years and older. |
